We hire against real work, not an org chart.
Every opening has a defined business need, a clear owner, and measurable outcomes. We are looking for people who can strengthen the company we are building—not simply fill seats in a conventional agency structure.
No posting that fits? Show us what you should own here and be specific about the role, capability, or business outcome you are proposing.
Questions worth answeringbefore the first call.
How do I apply if nothing listed fits what I do?
Choose the closest role or talent-network category and show us your work. Tell us what you are unusually good at, what you would want to own at Pyxl, what you have built before, and why that capability matters to the company now. Specific applications receive more attention than broad ones.
What is honestly different about working here?
Pyxl is lean, direct, and highly accountable. You will have access to clients and senior leaders, but you will also be accountable for the quality and outcome of your work. AI removes more of the routine work; it does not lower the standard. People who want ownership, direct feedback, and room to build tend to thrive here. People who prefer narrow handoffs and several approval layers generally do not.
Where would I be based?
Pyxl is remote-first across the United States, with collaboration hubs in Nashville and Charleston. Most of the company works with substantial Eastern and Central time-zone overlap. Individual postings state any additional location or in-person requirements.
What does the interview process look like?
Most processes include an initial conversation, a role-specific work or portfolio discussion, and a final conversation with the person responsible for the function. Any additional assessment, location requirement, or compensation structure should be disclosed before the candidate is asked to invest significant time.
