The seven-day prototype

You will see a working version of your businessbefore you hire us.

Eight or nine working views of your own brand, your own products, your own buyers. Led by a senior strategist. On a live URL in seven days. Yours to keep whatever happens next.

No deck, no discovery phase, no six-week statement of work before you see anything. You give us one sixty-minute call and a URL. We give you back something that runs.

A representative view from one seven-day build — a router that qualifies a buyer and hands sales the question they actually asked.

What arrives

Six deliverables,all of them yours.

You do not pay for a conversation. You pay for six things that arrive on day seven — and you keep all six.

What shipsHow it arrives
01

A hosted prototype

Eight or nine views on a live preview URL, tuned to your brand. Not slides, not a deck, not a Figma file. A thing that runs.

Live URL

Yours to keep, indefinitely

02

A visual system that is yours

Type, color and layout drawn from the brand you already have — or proposed where you do not have one yet, which is its own useful answer.

Design system

Applied in the build, not a swatch sheet

03

A visibility baseline

Where you surface today across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, on the questions your buyers actually type rather than the ones we would pick.

Report

PDF plus the underlying query data

04

A schema gap analysis

What your pages emit today against what a machine needs to state a fact about you, with the gaps ranked by what each one is costing.

Ranked findings

Spreadsheet your developers can work from

05

A brand voice library

Production-ready, so the copy your team writes in March still sounds like the copy in the prototype.

Prompt library

Portable to whatever tooling you already use

06

A walkthrough with the strategist who built it

Not a handoff to an account manager. The person who made the calls explains why they made them.

Recorded session

Sixty minutes, recording included

All six, day seven$5,000 fixed. Nothing is withheld pending a signature.
The week

Seven days,named and accounted for.

DAY 1 → DAY 7 · $5,000 FIXED
Day 1

Discovery

Sixty minutes. Brand, audience, anchor product or anchor account, ambition. A senior strategist, not a salesperson.

Day 2

Audit

Visibility baseline and schema gap analysis run against your live site.

Days 3–4

Voice

Brand voice library, then the copy for whichever surface anchors the build.

Days 5–6

Build

Eight or nine working views on a brand-tuned visual system.

Day 7

Review

Internal pass against a senior strategist's quality bar. Things get cut here.

Day 7

Walkthrough

Live preview URL and full handoff. The prototype is yours.

The terms

Five terms
we will not move on.

Seven days, named
01–02DiscoveryYour data, your systems, the one question worth answering.
03–05BuildA working thing. Not a mockup, not a deck.
06ReviewYou use it. We watch where it breaks.
07HandoverThe build, the repository, and what it would take to ship.
01

The price is the price

Five thousand dollars, fixed before the discovery call rather than scoped after it. Not a starting point and not a range. If the week runs long, that is our problem and not a change order.

02

A senior strategist leads it

The person on your discovery call makes the decisions and walks you through the result on day seven. Not an account manager with a specialist on call somewhere behind them.

03

You keep it either way

The prototype, the baseline, the schema analysis and the voice library are yours on day seven, whether or not we ever speak again.

04

No retainer, no commitment

There is nothing to sign beyond the week itself. If it goes well we will talk about what comes next. If it does not, you have a working artifact and a clear picture of your gaps.

05

And when we will talk you out of it

If what you need is a two-page site, a single campaign, or a decision you have already made, the prototype is an expensive way to get it and we will say so on the discovery call. Roughly one in six of these conversations ends with us pointing somebody at a cheaper answer.

Tell us what you sell.
You will hear what we would build, within a day.

A senior strategist reads every one of these and replies within one business day with a point of view rather than a calendar link. If we are not the right people for it, you will hear that too, along with the name of a firm that is.

  • Nothing to sign, and no retainer attached
  • You will not be entered into a nurture sequence

What happens to this: your name, work email, company and message go to Bonnie and Brian, and into our CRM so we have a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, pass it outside Pyxl, or add you to a marketing sequence. Ask us to delete it and we will. How we handle data ⟶

Before you ask

The six questionseverybody asks.

Yes, and it is fixed before the discovery call rather than scoped after it. The only thing that changes the number is if you ask for something outside the week, in which case we will tell you before we start.

Common questions

Questions we getbefore the first call.

What is the seven-day prototype?

A working prototype of one specific idea for your business, built in seven days for a fixed $5,000, led by a senior strategist. Not a deck and not a wireframe — something you can click through, show your team, and use to decide whether the idea is worth funding.

What do we get, and do we keep it?

You get the working prototype, the thinking behind it, and a walkthrough from the person who led the build. You keep all of it whatever you decide next, including if you decide not to work with us.

Do we have to sign anything else afterward?

No. It is a standalone fixed-price engagement with no obligation attached and no auto-renewal into a retainer.

Why would an agency build something before a contract?

Because it answers the only question that matters faster than a pitch does. Seven days of real work tells you more about whether we are the right team than seven weeks of proposals, and it tells us whether the idea holds up.

Still deciding?Ask us anything first.

A seven-day prototype is not the only way in. If you would rather start with a question, a senior strategist will answer it within one business day.

We would like to measure which pages people read, using Google Analytics. That is the only thing these cookies do here — no advertising, no profile sold to anyone, nothing shared outside Pyxl. Say no and the site works exactly the same. Privacy policy.
