This role requires a blend of critical and analytical thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing. The strategist will act as the primary Marketing point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between their goals and the agency’s deliverables alongside the designated Project Manager.
Drive cross-functional alignment through effective partnership with design and development to create and oversee cohesive marketing strategies. This role requires advanced problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and consistent communication across internal teams and external clients to ensure digital strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Duties
- Facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to gather insights, align on objectives, and define marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Execute and present detailed project plans, estimates, scopes of work and budgets for various website, advertising, social, market research, paid media, marketing automation, and data analysis projects, etc.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Marketing clients, regularly communicating progress, insights, and recommendations.
- Ongoing market research to inform marketing strategy for new and existing campaigns and tactics.
- Provide clear direction, resources, and support to ensure cross-functional teams have everything they need to execute tasks effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Oversee or help implement specific marketing campaigns items.
- Lead client meetings to discuss goals, progress, and results.
- Responsible for the end-to-end tracking, reporting and interpretation of marketing campaigns through to revenue using Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
- Monitor client performance metrics, identify insights, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Keep up to date with best practices in business/industry trends.
- Mentor and guide specialists to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements (unless you convince us otherwise)
- 3 years in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or general marketing work
- Experience working with multiple clients in an agency setting or multiple brands in an in-house setting
- HubSpot Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub experience; certifications are a plus
- Being a strategic thinker who can see the big picture while also paying attention to the details
- Ability to act as marketing expert and new business and existing client meetings
- Ability to communicate strategies in written and visual form
- Desire to be part of a high performing team and pitch in to help other team members when needed
