What & Why
What is typically siloed with little interaction between processes, Pyxl was tasked to bridge the gap between T5’s sales activities with its ongoing marketing initiatives. As a result, Pyxl created a comprehensive Marketing & Sales Enablement Program with team-wide adoption from the T5 executive sales team. From email marketing and paid media to sales engagement and prospect meetings, T5’s HubSpot instance now houses each activity between sales and marketing.

Discovery
Pyxl and T5 came together to identify key organizational goals and business success metrics that served as the goals for our programs. From there, Pyxl created a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that combined both thoughtfully-created marketing deliverables with personalized, 1:1 sales assets.
Branding
What was once a fragmented brand presence with inconsistent messaging across business segments, T5 partnered with Pyxl to create a cohesive visual identity that simplified communication across all customer touchpoints. Pyxl developed a comprehensive branding strategy that visually unified T5’s core business units—data centers, construction services, and facilities management. Through logo creation, brand positioning, and a website redesign, T5 now has a consistent and modern brand identity that resonates across digital and traditional marketing channels.
Email Marketing
To engage T5’s existing contact database, Pyxl created a series of automated email workflows with campaign topics ranging from re-engagement and welcome to lead nurturing. This allowed Pyxl to ensure consistent communications among an engaged database.
Sales Enablement
To further engage contacts and establish credibility, Pyxl created customized workflows for each salesperson with automated content that served users a unique, personalized experience with each email opened.
Sales Navigator
Leveraging the team’s existing use of Sales Navigator, T5 and Pyxl continually worked together to create highly targeted and qualified prospect lists. From there, Pyxl used these lists and targeting parameters to expand T5’s reach and attract higher quality contacts.
HubSpot
What was traditionally siloed between salespeople, Pyxl worked hand-in-hand with T5 to house its breadth of sales activities under the HubSpot umbrella. As a result, T5 now has direct access to all sales and marketing initiatives in one platform, with exceptional visibility and task automation to streamline the sales process.
