RazorSync partnered with Pyxl for help with their ongoing marketing, strategy and implementation to increase business during the pandemic. Pyxl also redesigned and launched RazorSync’s new website to improve their digital presence, focus on the company’s unique features, and provide users with the best experience.

To determine the direction and positioning of their business, Pyxl took a deep dive into RazorSync’s current processes, sales team strategies, past marketing activities, performance, and current challenges and roadblocks to understand how the company works and where they stand in the competitive market. Pyxl continues to provide weekly check-ins with the RazorSync sales and customer experience teams to go over ongoing activities and objectives and to gather feedback about materials and leads provided by Pyxl.

Pyxl created a cohesive brand design for RazorSync by unifying their website design, email templates, premium content and other specific marketing and sales deliverables to remain on par with their current branding.
In order to streamline processes, Pyxl prioritized and simplified RazorSync’s website features and industries. Pyxl’s team remained well-aligned with the RazorSync team by providing UX and UI workshops, which allowed them to have open collaboration regarding the direction of their new website with improved appearance and functionality.
Pyxl created and managed successful paid media campaigns that helped RazorSync increase their lead volume during COVID-19, despite having a reduced budget. Pyxl continues to be a collaborative partner for their marketing strategy and implementation today. This includes writing optimized content for their website blog, blog promotion on social media, premium content and resource creation, SEO optimization, and lead journey email programs.

From the leadership team to the day-to-day account team, Pyxl has surpassed all expectations.
