Pyxl Launches New Website for dvsAnalytics

dvsAnalytics is a leading provider of comprehensive software for call recording, quality management, workforce management and analytics that enables organizations to optimize their workflow by improving their contact center performance and enhancing customer experience. Headquartered in Scottsdale, they we have been successfully serving the needs of companies like Wells Fargo, AT&T, Humana, Time Warner, Delta Airlines, Sprint, Comcast, Scripps, Sutter Health, University of Pennsylvania Health System, Hilton, Wyndham, Sotheby’s, Los Angeles Times and U.S. Department of the Navy, for over 29 years. dvsAnalytics turned to Pyxl to update and modernize their website to improve the user experience for their customers.

We redesigned their website with a clean, crisp look and a block design in complementary colors to help organize multiple pieces of content. To emphasize some of dvsAnalytics’ main services, we added animation to catch the user’s eye without being distracting.

To help users customize their experience, we utilized a natural language form that allows each user to select exactly what information they want to see more of. The direction-aware hover on the subpages takes dvsAnalytics’ interactivity to the next level and helps further engage users.
