HubSpot · Platinum Partner, Onboarding AccreditedB2B

Most HubSpot instances are not broken. They were built for a company you have since outgrown.

The instance usually is not broken. The company changed. Lifecycle stages that made sense at twenty people no longer fit a committee sale. Properties nobody can explain become fields everyone depends on. We rebuild the system around the business you are now.

The partnership, in plain terms

What the accreditationactually certifies.

Partner badges are easy to display and hard to read. Here is what ours means, in the terms a procurement team evaluates.

Onboarding Accredited Partner

HubSpot grants this after reviewing delivered customer work. It is audited, not self-certified, and it is the credential HubSpot's own channel team screens for before routing an account.

Solutions Partner, fifteen-plus years

Long enough to have migrated off every legacy CRM that still exists, and to have seen what a HubSpot instance looks like eight years after someone set it up in a hurry.

Sixty-plus certifications, all U.S.-based

Across Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations and CMS Hubs at Enterprise. HubSpot delivery is entirely U.S.-based, so the person certified is the person building.

Referred by HubSpot

The channel team sends us accounts, which is the only partner signal that costs the partner nothing to earn and cannot be bought.

The artifact

The document a migrationactually runs on.

Not the pitch deck. The field mapping, with the judgment calls in the right-hand column. If this document is wrong, the CRM is wrong for the next five years, and no amount of campaign work fixes it.

Activity historyTimeline events1:1Preserved, or the sales team will not adopt

Ninety-four custom fields became sixty-one properties. The thirty-three we retired had not been written to in a year. Deciding what not to migrate is most of the work, and it is the part that never appears in a scope of work.

Who this fits

Five situations
we are built for.

These are the five shapes of engagement where we are genuinely the right call, and the ones HubSpot’s own channel team sends us. If your situation is not on the list, say so anyway.

01

B2B or service companies scaling to multi-hub

02

Clients with fragmented tech stacks needing integration

03

High-growth companies undergoing M&A or product expansion

04

Enterprise prospects who need strategy and implementation together

05

Clients that HubSpot alone cannot solve for

The Pyxl team (Julia in particular) went well above and beyond our expectations — thoughtful, responsive, and deeply knowledgeable. Their contributions materially accelerated our HubSpot build-out and our ability to engage with potential customers. Highly recommend Pyxl.
T. BlanchardHubSpot onboarding, CRM implementation, email marketing, sales enablement
Working with Pyxl to set up our HubSpot CRM has been a great experience. Kati has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to get a hold of whenever we needed support. Her guidance made the process smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!

01The implementation

Ten weeks, and what landsin each one of them.

Marketing, Sales and Service Hub, in dependency order: the audit before the build, the CRM before the hubs that sit on it, integrations after the objects they read, training before you are on your own. Longer where a data migration or a legacy integration earns it, and we say which week moved.

Weeks 1–2Business process audit & documentationProcess mapping documentationHubSpot system architecture blueprintTech stack integration report, where one applies
Week 3CRM core set upUser roles and permissionsCustom propertiesData migrationSegmentationDatabase clean-up
Week 4Sales Hub implementationPipeline and deal managementSales automation and outreachQuoting and contractsReporting and dashboards
Week 5Service Hub implementationKnowledge base and self-serviceChatbot, live chat and ticketingCustom ticket pipelinesCustomer satisfaction and SLAs
Week 6Marketing implementationEmail marketing and automationDrip campaigns and lead nurturing workflowsAbandoned inquiry campaignsForms and lead generationReporting and dashboards

Weeks 9–10Training & adoptionRole-based training plan against the approved blueprintWalk-through with the team who will run it

An example process, not a contract. Yours is scoped against your actual instance after the week-one audit, and the audit is where a ten-week plan becomes a twelve-week one if it needs to be.

02The portal record

67 portals we built. The year, and what ran on them.

Every name here is a HubSpot implementation Pyxl stood up. 45 of them carry hub and tier detail in the commission record: 20 went in at Enterprise, 18 run three hubs or more, and the earliest has been live since 2013. The other 22 are on the portal record without that detail, and are listed under the table rather than given a tier we cannot evidence. Source: HubSpot.

Has your instance driftedfrom the company you are now?

Common questions

Questions we getbefore the first call.

How much does a HubSpot implementation cost?

Most implementations land from the low five figures into the mid five figures and above, depending on hubs, legacy data and integrations. We scope to a fixed number after seeing the actual instance.

How long does HubSpot onboarding take?

Six to twelve weeks for most implementations. Celero Commerce went from kickoff to live sales and marketing automation across four Enterprise hubs in ninety days, including a portfolio of brands consolidated onto one backbone and an acquisition absorbed without a rebuild.

Can you migrate us to HubSpot from Salesforce or another CRM?

Yes, and it is a regular part of how we work. Celero Commerce came off Salesforce onto HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations. That includes deduplication, custom object mapping, historical activity, workflow rebuilds and reporting parity so your team is not flying blind in week one. Where Salesforce is staying in place, we integrate rather than replace.

Are you a certified HubSpot partner?

Yes. Pyxl is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner, fifteen-plus years in the program, and holds Onboarding Accreditation, which is granted to a small share of the partner network and is re-earned rather than held. Sixty-plus certifications sit across the team, and we have six enterprise implementations behind us.

We would like to measure which pages people read, using Google Analytics. That is the only thing these cookies do here — no advertising, no profile sold to anyone, nothing shared outside Pyxl. Say no and the site works exactly the same. Privacy policy.
