Discovery
In the first phase, Pyxl performed a comprehensive competitive audit and conducted stakeholder interviews to better understand Securitime’s market positioning and operational gaps. This discovery process laid the foundation for the go-to-market strategy and provided insights into growth opportunities. Pyxl’s Tiger Team was quickly assembled to manage the go-to-market strategy for Securitime’s new SaaS product. Competitive audits, along with a secret shopper initiative, helped refine the product positioning and competitive landscape.
Messaging & Value Proposition

The focus was on positioning Securitime as a modern, tech-enabled SaaS solution for workforce management. Sales & Marketing Asset Creation
To drive sales and market adoption, Pyxl developed a wide range of sales enablement materials.
